Langtang is a tiny but attractive valley located in the Eastern part of Nepal connecting the Southern border of Tibet. Langtang is easily accessible from Kathmandu a few hours of bus ride bring you to the most beautiful parts of Himalayas. Langtang holds the beauty of the main Himalayan range to the north and a slightly lower range of snowy peaks to the south.

Detail Outline:

Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

In the very first day you will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and you will be received by a staff. From the domestic airport, you will be transferred into a hotel safely and in the hotel, you will discuss briefly upon your arrival. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Kathmandu valley includes several Hindu temples including of Pashupatinath, listed by UNESCO in World Heritage Sites and the largest Buddhist stupa in Boudhanath. You can also visit the Monkey Temple Swayambhunath, built in 2000 years old and visit Patan, city of fine arts. In the afternoon you will be meeting with your trekking guide and will check all the things necessary. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Syabrubesi (1.462 m)

From Kathmandu you will drive to Syabrubesi (1.462 m) by driving in a jeep, which takes approximately 7 to 8 hours. Syabrubesi is a new, admired hot spring, positioned in Nepal and is visited by local people and tourists repeatedly. Due to the existence of hot spring, the atmosphere around the Syabrubesi seems to be attractive. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel (2.500 m)

From Syabrubesi you will arrive to Lama Hotel by passing throughout the rim on Syabrubesi and turn up at the suspension bridge over the Bhote Koshi, set to the north of the intersection. On the way you can view the thick forest with a range of plant species alike to oaks, alder and bamboo. Finally you will get there at Changtang usually recognized as Lama Hotel. Overnight stay at Lama Hotel.

Day 05: Trek to Langtang (3.307m)

On the following day you will trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang (3.307 m). Hiking for 2 hours you will arrive at Ghora Tabela. Ghora Tabela is a tiny town from where you can obtain the things necessary for the trekking. Again from there you will cross to Tamang Villages and will be charmed with the noticeable outlook of the Langtang Range. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 6: Trek to Kyangnjin Gompa (3.798m)

On the 6th day you will start towards Kyanjin Gomba (3.798 m), which consume 3 hours from Langtang. Further you will move through the rich yak grazing land and the striking village of Muna to Singdun. Finally by mounting down from the Peaks, you will reach to the Kyanjin Gomba. Kyanjin Gomba is famed for tiny but good-looking monastery and cheese factory, established by Government. Overnight stay at guesthouse.

Day 7: Exploration

On the 7th day you will do nothing except for resting as it will help to get familiar with the nearby areas. So, you will have a rest at the glaciated valley which is set on the lap of Langtang Lirung and is enclosed by the snow-white peaks. The Snowy peaks are recognized as the world’s adjoining arrangement to glacier. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Day 8: Trek back to Lama Hotel (2.500m)

On the following day, you will arrive to Lama Hotel (2.500 m), next to the preceding route, the Langtang Khola to Langtang village and yet again to Ghora Tabela. Having a lunch, you will take on the trekking and will lead a way by descending to Lama Hotel taking roughly 8 hours. Overnight stay at a Lama Hotel.

Day 9: Trek to Syabrubensi (1.462m)

On the 9th day you will trek to Syabrubesi from Lama Hotel, taking 6 hours. The upper part of the tail is further impressive as it offers the spectacular outlook of Mountains and prosperous hills.
